3.2 Site: The application and services are exclusively for users who have access to the application and who are Fly cham employees.
3.3 Scope: The application and services are for your use as an employee at Fly cham, and they must not be used otherwise.

3.5 Devices and the network: The provision of services and the site or application does not include the provision of a computer, mobile phone, laptop, or any equipment necessary to access the site, application or services. To use the website, application or services, you will need an internet connection and appropriate communication channels. You acknowledge that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will continue during the use of the application. As a result, costs may be charged by the service provider for the period of time you use the network service that you spend while logging into the site or application, or any similar additional costs may arise from other parties.
You agree that you are responsible for any similar costs and you agree to install the application on your device without any liability on the company.
4.1 The need to log in: You will have to register to log in to the website or application, communicate with the human resources.

Without any exceptions, you assure not to do or allow anyone to use the application and try to penetrate it and try to invalidate our security or network systems, including accessing data not related to you, entering a server or an account without having permission to enter, or checking security of other networks (such as performing a loopholes scan) and performing any form of network monitoring, which could intercept data that is not relevant to you.

7. Rules for using the Service, the Website, and the Application

We do not assure that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, right on time, error-free, and we are not responsible to provide an assurance of application stability if user device has viruses or hacking software, and also we do not assure that the application will not be affected by any compelling matters or out of control, including deficiency or failure The ability to obtain the necessary materials, equipment and devices, energy or communication channels, unavailability of communication equipment or services, failure in information technology or communication devices or other equipment.

10.1 All editorial content, information, images, graphics, artwork, and other visual materials, names, logos and trademarks in the application are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers as. FLY CHAM IS-MIS team built the CEP app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by FLY CHAM for their employees only at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform employees regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our service.
If you choose to use our service, then you agree to this policy. The app does not collect any personal information except that related and improving the service and enhancing your account security (authentication, error report, etc..). we will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
